Bar: Punch Taverns
- Sometime in early 2003 sold by S&N to Punch Taverns, refurbished in a similar lounge bar
style to the Boathouse, and reopened in late 2003 as Sauce.
- In July 1999 the exterior was redecorated in intense yellow and the place rebranded "{squiggle}ar Moosh", a bar-restaurant.
- Previously the premises had been revamped in September 1996 as Chambers
- yet another uninteresting big-chain-style bar,
much the same as the previous incarnation City Limits but larger
and still with sparkers and swan necks on the small selection of
"real" beers (national blands).
- Before that it was The Great Northern, which was well-known for problems with its music licence.
